Ghana can't really play this Nigeria team but Ghana was at home so they have their home advantage...! The super eagles didn't have much time to play together before this game like they did before the Afcon. Now that the next match is on Tuesday, they'll have much time to know themselves! Then when Ghana comes, Super Eagles will show them what football is & how it's played. It's not easy to loose a game in your home before ur family, you really want to impress them at all cost. Secondly, it's ur last hope to qualify for world cup. Everyone of them will be playing like their life is in it. As for Ghana, they've wasted their only chance of winning. They'll be struggling to come out with a draw which they won't get, even tho they'll all go & play defence with their strikers in Abuja.

It's painful everything does not give one hope in Nigeria. What does it even take for these players to make 6 passes to one another in the first 27mins of the first half?

All players invited, like my fear would have it, why were those with quality play not used? Why the invitation if we would waste 70mins before substituting and wasting our chances of changing the game and scoring? Must we continue playing flank football despite being clipped? What's wrong in changing pattern and playing middle? No push or drive from the players except Osimhen. All were playing big man game.

We have boys that are skilled but we lack good game plan. Eguavoen is obviously not the Messiah.

I bet you get Messi or Ronaldo or any of the smart skilled players and put in this Nigeria team under Equavoen, those players will still show why they are smart players. Lets face the truth, our boys play with muscle rather than use their brains.

That is why this team struggle to score goals. Our strikers don't know how to make a dangerous move or position themselves well. Most time they stay one place and wave their hands for the ball to be passed to them. How many times did we see our defenders holding the ball, passing it around and looking for our strikers to make a move for a pass and they will all be standing stiff at their positions.

Prior to this match, I was wondering what you guys thought of our players. Were you thinking that they played for Enyimba Stars or Enugu Rangers?

You can say that again! Especially for Nigeria, the tactics are all wrong, they are not technical at all, still continue to play physical football SMH. Simple passes were not easily made by them and they don't even know how to make the pitch bigger against their opponents SMH.
