The truth is I try my best to avoid sugar and carbonated drinks, they are not healthy, I try to maintain 2 bottles of carbonated drink per week atleast, I can go against the rule on a sunny day when I'm highly parched.

Water is the best but taking them in moderation may not be too bad eg like 2 or 3 bottles in 10 days.However, for someone who leads a sedentary lifestyle it's not advisable

This year,,i made a resolve to stop my indulgence in those fizzy stuffs,, but along the line i found out that I've taken this stuffs more than what i took every other previous years....and we're still in March!!! undecided

Almost two years, only carbonated drink I’ve had is Red Bull now switching to Lucozade. Strictly water, fresh fruits and smoothies.
