OyeofIkoTuN:So Igbos' didn't shock you in 1999 when Northerners recycled a scion of corruption and perfect example of everything wrong with Nigeria to contest under PDP and Igbos campaigned vigorously for him with slogans of 'he is detribalized, born again, patriotic and nationalistic in outlook; and then went further to give him bloc votes against the democrat, youthful, fresh, unblemished and totally oligarchy-disconnected Olu Falae whom Yorubas presented for the job? So after setting our foot on the way to recycling old corrupt men in 1999 and argued that such is the only way to win elections in Nigeria, you Igbos' now want to suddenly dictate when we should go off that path and return to the path of sense which you refused to take at the most important moment in 1999 when it was most imperative to have started well in order to avoid the calamity in which we find ourselves today? They way you lots point dirty fingers at other tribes who are far cleaner than you deserves a place in the Guiness Book of Records. |

Awon confused people......how are they gonna be the president? They see the southwest and north as their enemies. And without any of these two regions. They can never produce the president of this country. I mean never......election is about numbers. Do they have the numbers? |

Arkmanbuddy:Serious? Has campaign started ??Even Campaign for internal primary elections are yet to start and Tinubu is already saying what he wants to do ![]() ![]() Pls what does Tinubu want to do? I haven't heard about such , thought he is just going around meeting people and seeking for endorsements first? |

Sleekfingers:Keep quiet pls, can only South West win elections ? Or can North win elections on her own ?The North knows why there was a civil war in Nigeria, and they know Igbos don't engage in eye service just because of selfish gains later... So in the position of affairs in Nigeria , NORTH knows that Igbos don't hate them , they only see the policies of Igbos as a threat to their power drunk attitude and ends up aligning with YORUBA who can't speak up but believe in Entitlement after being used ......... So stop this propaganda of saying Igbos hate North and South West as their enemies, why not include South South as an enemy to Igbos ? Or you want to claim alliance with the North as a Yoruba man ?? ......lols |
| Re: South-East Presidential Aspirants Not Assertive, Need To Work Harder – Ohanaeze by Sleekfingers: 2:35pm On Mar 27, 2022 |
ArcSEMPECJ:Of course , the southwest cannot win an election on their own......same with the north. .. that's why the results of any presidential election keep winging between the southwest and the north. How did jonathan became the president in 2011? Do you think the insignificant votes from the southeast and South south made it happened? It because the southwest voted for him....... Same with Buhari..... I repeat, the southeast sees southwest and the north as their enemies..... Are you not seeing the handwriting on the wall? They should continue.. to be sincere with you , I don't give a damn where the next president is from, all I want is good governance......but can the southeast produce the next president in 2023? The answer is No..... |

Deadlytruth:My friend , be properly guided there ......In 1999, YORUBA presented who? Olu False ......the same 1999 that Igbos voted massively for Obasanjo or which other 1999 are you referring to? Or is Obasanjo from the North??Moreover, when you check the output of all Presidents Igbos voted for , you will see they really had greater output , there is a a saying in Nigeria that if you want to hear the truth, go to the East as they don't do eye service . So I want to know who was this scorn of corruption ,Northerners recycled that is corrupt , that Igbos voted massively for in 1999 election pls.... |

ArcSEMPECJ:The way some of you Igbos tell lies is beyond comprehension. See the lie at the bolded. You don't lie and do eye service, yet you tell us that Buhari is dead and one Jubrin from Sudan is the one ruling Nigeria. What of , all your fake videos about your so-called Aishat's sister and the cloning of Buhari on the social media ? The wanton killings and destructions by IPOB/ESN in the Southeast that you always pin on the DSS is what ? . . . Oga, I beg shift, nobody in Nigeria look up to the Igbos for the truth. Stop fooling yourself. |

christistruth01:who cares how many dumb blockhead are killed, their kinsmen is voting for the same aboki that supervise their death talk another rubbish, no be Atiku you people dey bank with? bank with now Atiku since it will resurrect those your ipob killed I dont even understand the logic of your ranting, was Yoruba the president? if Yoruba is not then how that one take concern us? if you're lining behind another aboki because of those killed because of ipob stupidity in east, this is height of absurdity, I don't think you unthinkable specimen think before typing and some dummies still like your imbecilic post one-way brain people |
| Re: South-East Presidential Aspirants Not Assertive, Need To Work Harder – Ohanaeze by ArcSEMPECJ(m): 3:02pm On Mar 27, 2022 |
Sleekfingers:Point of Correction......the answer is YES if you can take away sentiments and embrace transparency, meanwhile your vote is a tiny for to the rudiments of what is to be.... Another point of Correction, votes started swinging between North and South West only in 2015, because there was need for Buhari to come into Power and the only way it can be achieved is by looking for a zone that can form alliance with the North and a promise attached to it. Believing that Tinubu stands the chance of being the god of YORUBA NATION at that time more than any other person from the region of South South and South East, thus , there was a smooth ride for the alliance. Jonathan didnt get much Votes from South West, the North voted for him because of their son as Vice president, inshort South West saw Jonathan's Government as a threat to their position in government affairs because they felt left out in government. On the issue of Igbos hating the North, the North knows the real truth and they are conscious of the fact... As for Igbos hating Southwest, ......let the South West tell us the role they played during the Civil war or before it started, when Igbos were massacred in the North and loaded in dozens and brought down to Onitsha..... What was the South West reaction? Did South West team up with Igbos to question such abomination ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ??.......? |

ArcSEMPECJ:Was Obasanjo whom Igbos' voted massively for presented by the Yorubas? Was IBB who drafted Obasanjo into the race and lavished N110m on his campaign a Yoruba man? Didn't Yorubas openly declare in 1999 that Obasanjo wasn't their candidate but that of the Northern Oligarchy who only picked him not because they believed he had anything to offer as per good governance but because of their twin desire to have a Southern stooge in power hence a reward for frustrating his own Yoruba brother for the benefit of Shagari a Fulani man in 1979? And wasn't that the very reason Igbos got attracted to the ambition of Obasanjo? Igbos' don't do eye service but when Festus Odimegwu told a bitter truth about the falsification of census figures which the unjust revenue distribution formula is based, Jonathan sacked him as NPC chair to the applause of Igbos'. Likewise, when Ogbulafor took a principled stand against Jonathan's impending violation of the PDP zoning arrangement in 2011, Jonathan cooked up allegations of corruption to nail him and push him out of PDP chairmanship to the approval of silence by Igbos. That disruption of PDP zoning arrangement is partly responsible for the ticket of the party not going to the SE till today. As far as records are concerned, there was none of Jonathan's wrongs Igbos publicly denounced. What of when Jonathan was speaking against State Police and prescribing no-go areas for the 2014 confab? Is there any record of Ohaneze carpeting him for that. They either applauded it or maintained conspiratorial silence even when the South South and individuals of his own Ijaw ethnicity summoned the moral courage to denounce his anti-people position on very many sensitive issues. So much for a people who don't do eye service. |

ArcSEMPECJ:Do you know exactly what led to the civil war? Try and read the history..... You said, jonathan didn't get much votes from the southwest in 2011. When yaradua died. The north wanted to cling to power. Most of jonathan votes came from the south south, southeast and crown it up with southwest votes......have you forgotten what happened , during the election ni? |
