Sometimes, if you have to help someone and you are not sure of the sincerity of the person, all you have to do is ask for his/her contact, call him/her, video call if possible or you can visit the person to attest the sincerity of the person.

Some of you will just come online and start unleashing your frustrations on innocent persons, blocking ways they could get help.

Most of these trolls are poor as church rats with nothing on them, they are the first to label others scam or all sort of frivolous words.

We all know there are scammers in this forum, there are ways to catch a fraud if you really want to know if the person is or not..

If we continue with the notion that there are frauds here and we are not helping again, then we lost our humanity and certainly one day it might be your turn to suffer like the people you abandoned and there is nothing you can do about it.

I am not saying let's do it because it might be our turn one day or we may ask for help one day.. I am saying this because of humanity.

There was a day on this forum, a lady made a post about a health issue with her sister, asking for assistance. Immediately, these trolls and stupid self absorbed individuals, started calling her fraud and scam..

About two or three days, this lady reported back that she lost her sis to the illness due to the fact that she couldn't meet up with the hospital bill.

I would have said nothing if it was like a debt or minor issue, but a health related issues shouldn't be joke with.

OP, I think you should leave this space(nairaland) since none is ready to help but judge. Go to any friend or family member, you can borrow with the intention to pay back, find a way to source for money go to hospital be it private or general and get the drugs.

One thing about life is not to give up.You are not dying..Go to a teaching hospital in ur state and see a consultant in cardiology. From ur name I saw biggie. Try to get some moderate activity daily esp walking about 30 minutes atbpaces you can handle..The condition will improve if you take all these steps including the cardiology.

When d pain started in January my BP shoot up to 150/110 but I was given some drugs..i took them and it went back down. I never took d drug again cos I was told im young to be using hbp drug now.

I never bought d drug after it finished. I check my BP last week and it's normal.

But right now d pain on my chest has increased so well and im getting so weak and losing it already with d persistent pain. That's y im he to see if God can use someone to help me.

Stop wasting your money. What you are you having might just be cold. Muscle spasms caused by cold on chest or ribs or left lungs.

Get someone to massage you with Aboniki and always bath hot water. Do steam inhalation morning and night.

You can as well boil cloves, tumeric and ginger together and drink hot in the morning.

I am sure you will thank me later.

Hypertension has nothing to do with age ...As early as 14 some have it already. First things first, don't listen to lay men in the field of medicine..always consult a professional, secondly don't stop ur drugs. Ur symptom is one of the symptoms of heart attack.. See a cardiologist, take your drugs, always walk or be active as soon as u feel better..Don't lose hope. U will be fine

You must have been depressed over some things that are already affecting you and it will continue until you shut that thing off your heart

In other words, forget about your worries and you will be ok

Eat less at any meal and take enough water and fruits

There is no particular illness wrong with you but if you don't help yourself, it may lead to stroke because your heart is over burdened

Op I swear to God, that same thing happened to me ,see op, the only remedy is pushups, you will be fine not drugs,mine is gone now,learn pain tolerance and do push-up every day,do like More reps and More sets, and gist me the results,I swear you'll be fine
