When you commission an architect to produce a building drawings for a client, what are ALL the documents the architect will provide to the client in line with Lagos state regulatory agencies guidng building plans etc?

you can pay the architect for the full total package and he will get the architectural drawings ready (5 copies) then he hires a structural engineer plus all other professionals for the mechanical and electrical drawings.

I use Schneider. I think they are pretty good.

Perimeter is totally solar. When we discussed Prag, it was about voltage stabilizer which I wanted to get and still need to get actually due to 80-110volts supplies to my area.

That is what I remembered too "The Prag" stabilizer instead of the Binatone. I remembered getting 4 units of the Pragg after the discussion and still thinking about getting the 15kva Servo type for the whole house.

I have no money yet getting my intended 5-10kva Victron Solar setup. I ha e been doing a lor of reading and watching setup and operating videos on Victron Energy lately that I am sure this is what I want.

Well understood. I took a pass on a similar concept last month because the architect I contracted couldn’t replicate the design we wanted.

He gave me a very old and boring design with some funny pillars. I just knock it off.

Fortunately for me, the client later settled for a contemporary duplex.

Let me add this but I know our audience here won't like it. I have this small place on the Island that I want a contemporary design and was following the Atrium thread here for inspiration. However, along the line Spyder came up with another banger! His current work on a contemporary design in Anambra. I can't keep up with that guy! I have been following that one and have decided on it for the Lagos Island build. Coming soon!
