Drug Trafficking: Abba Kyari And 6 Others Sent To Prison

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Monday, ordered that Kyari and six others that are facing drug trafficking charges be moved to Kuje Correctional Center.


Suspended DCP, Abba Kyari has been sent to the Kuje prison.

The order was given on Monday by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.

The court ordered that Kyari and six others that are facing drug trafficking charges be moved to Kuje Correctional Center.


Trial Justice, Emeka Nwike ordered the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, to transfer the Defendants to prison custody shortly after he denied them bail.
