Most kids don't have a choice. There is a single public school in their district that allows for almost 0 parent input. Not everybody in the USA can afford a private school.

Nobody denies most overt abuse happens in the home. But this bill has nothing to do with that. This bill is to combat the subtle grooming millions of American children undergo everyday at their schools. Not only are the new generation of teachers teaching kids about homosexuality and transgenderism and sexual fetishes but they bring in guest sex "educators" whose job it is to brainwash these kids (example: Al Vernacchio). Vernacchio goes from school to school teaching kids about pornography and gay sex and the parents have no idea.

What kind of argument is it that if we stop schools from grooming kids parents will start abusing their kids more? This bill is to combat the brainwashing/mass-grooming happening in schools. It's a separate issue from familial abuse.

Do know that I am not in America, so perhaps don't fully comprehend the scale over there. Where I am, paedophiles can't get away for long teaching in the school system, and it's mostly because the pupils themselves were empowered through education about sex, and gender, and the involvement of parents..

Because if you don't spend 100% of your time with the child you don't have 100% control. The teachers intentionally drive a wedge between parent and child. The child can go to the school and say "I think I'm gay" and the school will not notify the parents but will instead send him to a pro-gay counselor who will convince the kid he's gay. At this point you're just being disingenuous. If school curriculum doesn't matter because parents can just undo any and all brainwashing then how do you explain the cultural revolution in China where kids reported their own parents to the authorities and got them executed? Sewing distrust between kids and parents is the best way for evil to take root. They want these kids to think their parents are old-fashioned bigots who just "don't understand" how being gay works.

Yes, parents need to tell their kids to tell them if freak teachers start teaching them this. This bill bans the opposite of what you're talking about. The education about sex in the USA is not "Watch out for pedohiles" it is "Hey you can be a transgender just like me!" and "If your parents don't accept your fetishes that's okay just talk to the school counselor"

I agree with you but that doesn't mean there aren't corrupters that try to deceive parents and children. There are manipulative predators who's goal in life is to deceive children and turn them against their parents.

I love how Biden made a remark on the SOTU about the GQP's tax cut for the wealthy and how it did not benefit anyone but themselves.

If democrats vote they win when they sit at home the GQP wins that is why the GQP enjoys making it harder for people to vote.
