Your friends should plead with him till Tuesday.... you'll go to NHQ on Monday & all will be clear


Make him get patience

Know that if you appear at the hq with a fake Apl, you might be arrested and send to prison. So be very careful bro.

That appointment letter is fake. He can only give you invitation letter. The real appointment letter cannot be given to another person who is not the bearer of the letter. If you can still get the person, get him before it's too late

The appointment letter is very fake.
That's level 08 appointment letter format. But it's carrying level 07.
Secondly the salary is for level 08 officers. There's no way level 07 salary will be same with level 08.
Better asked for refund of your money before it's too late to recover
