Hello house, pls does anybody know the current multiplying factor MF for calculating the building plan approval fee for ikorodu, Lagos?
The building plan assessment fee is a factor of the Volumen of the proposed building multiplied by MF. The MF varies from one local government to another in Lagos State.
Pls I will also like to know how the LASPPPA SEC (spatial enhancement contribution) is calculated, or is it determined arbitrarily?
