Okay, if you want to go into Mobile development, the best option is React Native. Learning React native would make you also understand React for Web development since it's just a little change of the React API.

Start learning JavaScript, don't rush it at all, understand the basics (for loops, higher order functions like map(), reduce (), filter()) etc, understand functional programming, understand how to make asynchronous request to a server, understand JavaScript very well and start building simple apps with React native.

Level up with practicing Data structures and algorithms after 6months of learning basic JavaScript. My 2 cents.
