BTW, some of the big names that were highly referred here on this forum, were weighed but weighed nothing. Some baited us with very low and ridiculous BOQ and then started moving it up per every conversation (Bait and Switch) this supposed engineer is very dishonest, arrogant and no integrity. I will not mention names here. This is a discussion for another day.

Funny enough... I was thinking about erecting 8 units of 2BDR building, then my father died in January and I inherit one of his buildings with 20 units of 2BDR with two front shops. To be honest, I'm not sure if I should be glad or sad �.
