Go and read about statutory interpretation and stop embarrassing yourself since you don't know that the legislature does not always write out everything so as to avoid bulkyness and vagueness/ambiguity.

Tennessee current marriage law is pegged at 17 with parental consent, new common marriage law has no age requirements whatsoever and you will want to play smart with verbatim.

The chances of the appeal being won are pretty good. We don’t know who the USSC will be made up of by the time the appeal would be heard. Also, the USSC overturning Roe v Wade isn’t very likely.
In the case that the bill becomes law, I can guarantee that no women will go to prison for having an abortion. The language in the bill says that a medical professional/doctor that performs an abortion will be charged with a felony that can result in a prison sentence. Will the doctor be jailed for a first offense? Probably not. And any doctor charged will be challenging the law which will flood the courts.

Pro-lifers sometimes only think about regular scenarios like man gets woman pregnant and one or both don’t want the baby.

-suppose a doctor determines that the woman’s life is in real danger but the doctor’s determination is rejected and the woman is deemed fit to give birth when physically, she really isn’t and she dies during childbirth?
