That Obama supported same sex marriages but was not the judge that legalized it? What's the functional difference here? I mean, how can you detach a man from the success of a movement he championed?

Obama even kept quiet as black Africans were being enslaved in Libya while his NATO bombs helped solidify the political positions of those enslaving his "fellow" blacks. How about his reactions to the hundreds that died in the Mediterranean as a result of his war in Libya?

Actually it was Justice Anthony Kennedy a conservative that was the deciding vote which legalised same sex marriage not justice Ginsburg.
