You do not need anybodys permission to post updates and pictures as knowing that is where you truly excel

P.S I seriously doubt that the owner of Nonuplets is here. Just my gut feeling that behind the scenes there could be trouble a brewing ( Sorry if I am wrong but past experiences tells me that once you stop posting updates and pics that you are very good at there is most likely "challenges" e.g XL Trillion build Nas na so you go ghost mode and @somehow started posting (.) Fullstops from July to September 2021then kasala just blow ) bringing us to where we are now.

No offense intended but I really don't see accomplishing the bolded as a difficult task when the build is even on the same site. It's all about planning, management and workforce as long as the required funds are within reach.

Order is vital than speed in any project. Because a contractor is extremely fast at execution doesn’t mean there are no rules to be respected. Neither does it mean people should be treated anyhow.

If someone felt he can threaten me with a cheap nairaland blackmail, I’ll walk away without looking back and damning the consequences. For me, respect is earned and not bought.

When you know your value, nothing threatens your existence.

If he can get a better replacement for me, I wish him good luck! I mean a contractor who won’t charge a penny for preliminary of a multi-million naira project and yet still deliver so much in a space of 1 month.
