Ogbono and eba all day any day. Sometimes with okra. Just not that heavy thick eba though.
Fufu and vegetable soup or egusi. Just don't eat in the morning unless u plan to sleep all day.
Pounded yam and ofe nsala. Happy memories
Amala and ewedu pelu gbegiri die. My go to for a nice breakfast. I'm not kidding.

Well said. Smelly fufu is huge turn off.

Smelly fufu is mostly in Yoruba land. Agbor has the best and softest fufu I've eaten that doesn't smell.

You see the beauty of fufu is the way you use it as an excavator bucket to scoup the ogbono soup and discharge the contents into mouth immediately without loosing any contents!
It then goes smoothly through your throat and you feel the filling up in your tummy

Why can't you see fufu smell is caused mostly by the cassava and fermentation and it's processes rather than an attribute of a tribe.

So, you think the ones they make in Agbor doesn't undergo fermentation.
I stayed also in the South West for almost a decade and understand their food. If I say Yoruba garri has sour taste and slaps the mouth doesn't mean I'm tribalistic, it's just their way of food.
Agbor akpu also undergoes fermentantion for days but when they are done preparing it, it's the sweetest I've eaten followed by Calabar people akpu
