Opeyemi Kareem Death: Friends mourn as trailer crushes social media influencer to death in Lagos

Fast rising Nigerian social media influencer, Opeyemi Kareem has been confirmed dead after he was reportedly crushed by a trailer on Saturday, April 9.

Friends of social media influencer, Opeyemi Kareem, known as Always Onkeys, have taken to their social media pages to mourn his death after he was hit and crushed to death by a Trailer in Lagos State.

Most of the commenters on his page were overwhelmed to see the sad news, as they attested to chatting with the deceased on WhatsApp App just a few minutes before the ugly incident took place in Lagos.

Opeyemi Kareem’s death is coming shortly after the death of gospel singer Osinachi, who died on Friday, April 8.

Untimely death won't be our portion.

I also saw a horrific accident scene while coming back from work at Mobil ring road Ibadan on Thursday last week when a trailer break failed and it crushed about 3-4 commercial cars popularly known as Micra and okadas, the damage was extensive, nobody inside those cars can survive.

It was already late at about 9:30pm and I was in a hurry so I didn't bother to ask much questions before I left, the unfortunate incident happened at about 7:30 pm in a heavily congested side of the road.

I was driving close to one carrying road divider slabs a few days back. Noticed that there was absolutely nothing tying those things down. And it was in the middle of a dense traffic. I had to look for a way to get away from the mobile death. And to think we passed some so called Road safety officers...
