inoki247: My guy, l never knew we play in the same league “send and no come”. I sent one 10k (then the fair was 6k) for transport from Delta to Abuja. The next morning I called to know if she have left, she said no and I asked why? This was her reason, you send just 10k, don’t you know I need to fix my hair before traveling. I told myself instead of losing the 10k, just send her the additional 7k for her hair. Up till date she didn’t show up. Now I tell them, invest in your coming and I will refund.

RosyIsBlessed:please keep shut. Who doesn't know this? But does it justify exposing yourself to the evil ones? This is the problem with you "woke" Nigerians. What kind of life is a girl who constantly goes to visit 3 men living? You no dey see things wey dey happen on a daily? |

Beremx: Forget this story, most of the girls we have now are confirmed Coded prostitutes. Hardly you see a girl now that follow a struggling guy. They want to ride with the big boys in Benz or exotic cars. They preffer to follow guys with questionable character and that’s why they used them. The present generation of girls needs serious reorientation. 3 Likes |

It is an interesting story because this actually does happen. A girl goes to a guys place and if she does not put out, he becomes threatening/intimidating. There is often an element of coercion in sex that we don't talk about. The other part of the conversation is that Nigerian chicks also expect coercion or force of some kind as part of the mating ritual. This is why fellows who stop when they say no or protest hear later that the girl said they are slackers/ not sharp guys The dynamics of the mating dance among Nigerians, particularly youths, are just fked up. This is a sex game gone wrong. 2 Likes 1 Share |

CountVersailles: If she was restrained as claimed by the police, why didn't the guys that her phone or she was too powerful for them? We know say nah the police told the girl what to say to reduce the degree of her offense when she and her parents were invited by the DPO with any of the accused people present. 3 Likes |

Thanksful:Don't just comment for comment sake. Locking the door to prevent her leaving is a restraint. Blocking an exit is a restraint. Restraint doesn't means tied down with very strong ropes. |

NoToPile:It is better she made that tweet and be jailed than end up dead with no trace. She has been a regular "visitor" to the boys. So she has no reason to defame them right inside their house without any form of threat from the guys. People who accuse falsely in this kind of cases do it after leaving the accused house. Perhaps, it is a prank or fight gone wrong, or one party misread the threat level or the accused backed down on their initial plan after the tweet. |
Re: Toyosi Was "Wrongfully Restrained" by the Suspects - Police Release Statement by Nobody: 11:11am On Apr 15, 2022 |
ivolt: I know that. What I am saying is, if the guys didn't want her to leave and she threaten to put it up on tweeter. What do you think they will do if they really didn't want her to leave? Most times to solve a case, you need to put yourself in the position of both the accused and the accuser. This was a cruise gone wrong which some people are trying to readjust to give the girl a less punishment. |

Kudo to the police in this case. She deleted the tweet but could there be an element of truth. The police read btw the lines and know that both partiez are guilty. Her changing her story dont add up. The police did very well. Those boys should be monitored well. As for the girl, make her parents hold her well cause she will still go to the house given the chance |

Na small pikin dey worry all of them. However, unfortunately, the law is not emotional. Ignorance is not an excuse. You are not allowed to restrain another person without their consent, except you are operating under the law. If you are not operating under the law, then restraining a human being is tantamount to unlawful restraint. As for the woman, her choice of words is her own undoing. You can make a claim for attempted rape and even kidnap, but saying that you are being raped makes the call a false one. Because, you were not being raped. You may say that you fear that you would be raped, but to say you were being raped, that is a false alarm. |

CountVersailles: In your post, you said she lied by raising false alarm in her tweets that she was being kidnapped and raped, and therefore she ought to be punished for that. Same you in the same post feel the guys should be punished also because of the tweets she made about being assaulted, kidnapped and raped. You want her punished for raising false alarm and you want the guys also punished for the same false alarm that the unfortunate being raised? Where exactly do you stand Ma? 1 Like |
