Not sure something like this is in Nigeria market ... The combination is but my concern is the wideness of basin.
Though, it create room for more space within the toilet

Yeah, I'm trying to maximise the space. I allocated a 3' X 4' space for the toilet. Thanks.

It's nice and create space in toilet but l personally don't fancy it. Sink behind the toilet. Kind of awkward especially going there to brush one's teeth

I read it somewhere it's what they use in Japan to reduce water wastage.
The water used to wash the hand is re-used to flush. Very simple yet effective in my opinion.

As a matter of fact, its a blessing. Every assumption on the RoI is met positively. As you know, im building up another compound near this original project and already have people showing mad interest.

Hello House, my engineer gave a quote of 150k as cost of German floor for my foundation (15.5m x 11.6m). This cost will aso include foundation ramming. Is this fair?
