Is River State safer than Plateaux State presently, make river state peaceful as a governor first, then and only then we can believe you that you Will bring peace on the plateaux if you become president, after all they said charity begins at home

At least people are not dying everyday like foul in Rivers unlike most places in the north, SE and the west where skull minning is the order of the day.
