No need for primaries then, since you all have allocated 7,800 votes already to Tinubu... I guess the other contenders are just running for fun? Politics is a game of interest, and where one's interest is best suited, that is the direction they would take. Wait till the time draws close... Even in Lagos, Tinubu is not assured of 100% votes, unless he is thumbprinting himself. Been pragmatic is best. |

Tinubu supporters are suffering from grandeur delusional disorders. There would be a lot of drama before primary. I don't see Tinubu winning ticket. If he wins, there would be mass movement from APC to PDP. Tinubu is a crony capitalist and dictator. |

We all know that it's the most politically irrelevant miscreants that make most of hateful noise on nairaland. They want to distroy nija the way they are distroying thier states. Either PYO or Jagaban I'm ok with it. Apart from these let Wike get it. |

All those states=3047/7800. And he won't get them 100%. Tinubu must Contest. |

Gozac:People like U want the PDP to have an easy route to Ask Rock. If not, how will the APC field a candidate who's like an orphan in his LGA? The House Leader even angrily declared that it will not happen. |

All these permutations ignores buhari totally as if he doesn't hve an interest in who succeed him. A black man for that manner. Govs determines who succeeds them, tinubu determines who rules lagos, but permutations assume buhari is not interested in who succeed him |

This is the best time to be a delegate in both APC and PDP. Enough cash out. |
| Re: 2023: A Look At The APC's 7,800 Delegates And Tinubu's Support by Nobody: 11:17pm On Apr 18, 2022 |
History555:Buhari would have done that if an heavyweight like Tinubu wasn't contesting and his Govt performed but this primaries is a trap for him and the Party excos. Forcing his choice on the party will automatically tilt victory in favour of the PDP. There's no way APC can win a National election without the structures and allies of Tinubu. Even with Jagaban, they have a tough fight in their hands not to talk of losing his over 1500 support groups. The only way to maintain party unity is for the aspirants to see that they lost in a free and fair Primary. Anyone with a sane mind should know that. Buhari is not the one to deliver the votes for the Party's candidate and he's reluctant to open the Central Bank to fund the Party. This makes it important to retain the support and financial clout of the heavyweights. |
