No!! Capital NO!! Laptop that will support AutoCAD Revit Bim or Maya must have dedicated graphics card that will smoothly run the software. It maybe Nvidia GeForce or Radeon Ryzen graphics card and solid state drive memory.

Laptop is old, you can save some more and get a laptop with a newer gen cpu.

Some of them cheap ryzen APUs should be a better buy for the softwares you intend to use it for

80K is too small for a laptop that will run Autodesk products

There's no need being all "emotional", HP EliteBook 2570p with intel core i5 will run AutoCAD, if you have a better budget, you can check other laptops, all other options you'll be given would hardly be less than 150k.
Where you may have issues is with 3D softwares like revit and even in those cases it'll still try but take a long time.
What can also help you is to increase the RAM to 16GB.
