Most of those children wandering around are actually from the SW region. You think you'll find SS/SE/Alamajiris among those children? I've never found Alamajiris among them, NEVER.

Hausas live a communal life even in Lagos, so if their children want to move around to play, they do so WITHIN THAT COMMUNITY. However, we're talking about the touts and charcoal faced, weed smoking, dirty clothes wearing children out there at almost every busstop and most inner streets.
