A young guy on okada a few days ago saw four police officers raiding the area in an un- marked vehicle. He was smart enough and jumped off the okada and took to his heels. The police officers came down and did shakara as if they wanted to run after him. I told someone that if any of them should run 100 meters max just know he is a fresher from the police college.
