Some nice breath taking estates, I once mentioned in this forum that lekki phase one they some people so eulogies does not measure up to new Owerri . I hope the government will continue from where Rocha's stopped and build up Owerri to a real city to relax

This is not New Owerri but Owerri city outskirts basically in Mbaitolu LGA, this is Egbeada bypass road and spibat environment

Depends on where you call lekki phase .. if you are including ajah,ikate,jakande etc you may be right but if you are referring to lekki peninsula itself, I doubt. I don't really know Owerri that much tho

It is the only city in Nigeria that is beautiful on ground and not just on pictures. No city in Nigeria can match it's ambience asides Abuja. Now imagine if this new road is standard with side walks, covered drainage, you have a prototype of developed countries

It isn't a crime if one Igbo city beats the other.
The point I'm trying to make is
Owerri is beautiful on-site not just pictures

to me all Igbo cities are beautiful in one way or the other that is it owrrie is beautiful in entertainment so as Enugu abia and anambra is beautiful in industrial and commerce businesses while ebony is beautiful in agriculture and so on

As a confirmed Omoluabi guy from Igbęsa Ogun state, I must confess that Owerri capital city is far more beautiful than all the Yoruba capital cities combined with the exception of Lagos.
Ibadan, Akure, Abeokuta, Oshogbo, Ado-Ekiti are no match for Owerri at all.
My stay in Owerri attested to these facts.

Mehn the kind of developments I saw along oweri portharcourt, if I don't buy land there make I bend.
