I can relate. Na so drivers dey make dey behave this way. If all drivers know their work very well, riders or receivers as the case may be will not treat drivers that way. I don change am for most receivers that tried such with me. You come carry your item yourself and no delay.

You gerrit. So everybody saying driver should have returned the items should put this scenario into consideration. As far as I'm concerned, driver has completed the trip which was point A to point B. Asking driver to go from point B to point A is another trip entirely which driver has the right to either accept or decline
Nobody is saying he must embark on another trip, it's a simple something tell them you're sending it through courier or explain to them that you'll bring it another time that's convenient.

Let the owner request another ride to bring it back simple. How can a driver use his own account to request for a rider. If something happens to the new driver nko

We are saying same thing, maybe you didn't get me.
Would you have kept the item assuming they were rude to you?
I know you won't, so the driver in question have no excuse, wether you have closed or not.
It's a simple stuff, I can't come back to that place but I'll bring it tomorrow or you use any other means like Uber to get your stuff.
I am sure the guy will be relaxed or look for alternatives to get his properties if he had taken time to explain everything to him.

Of course, the rider should do.
Keeping the items under whatever excuse was wrong.

Skoda Octavia
U r lucky to get a car with low miles. I want to upgrade, but I am looking at getting 2009 to 2012 Toyota Corolla, but from what i heard, it has electrical faults and also burns oil. I am also looking at getting 2012 Kia Rio, but I heard that parts are expensive and is prone to overheating. What year is your skoda Octavia and does it share parts with Volkswagen, I drive manual too.

Head gasket don japaa cry

Has the vehicle ever overheated in your hands before? Go and ask the owner about any overheating or head gasket change works he has done on the vehicle before.

Unless he wants to pin it on your head tomorrow grin

Or

Maybe the vehicle had a small radiator/water passage leak and the owner poured fufu inside to block it

Morning ,Hello bosses
I've been a ghost reader here but I need your help and suggestions.

my Camry 2007 works fine but I noticed that whenever I'm in motion and I slow down, if I want to accelerate back, it doesn't pick at once. I have to press like twice or thrice before it picks up.
I guessed it was d trans(just a guess) nd I checked the trans oil.
It was brown(not black nor pink nor purple) but at the normal mark.
Now, I've decided to change it.
So,
1. pls can it truly be the transmission oil.
2. How do I recognise fake and original Toyota WS fluid?

I'd really appreciate your kind and genuine response

It’s simply your fuel pump getting weak. Go and buy another new fuel pump and enjoy your car

Hope no overheating.
Check for leakage and have ur radiator flushed. Buy coolant and add. Then watch the level .

Morning sir,
Pls my battery light ( red) is showing on my dashboard.
I warmed the car yesterday morning, it appeared and stayed, I pressed the throttle to increase rpm it then disappeared.
This morning, I warmed it again, the battery light was showing, increased the rpm, it was still there,
Moved the car a little within the compound, and left it running for about 2 minutes, it then disappeared
Some history.
Car has not been driven for close to 2 months.
Someone else (doesn't drive) has been warming the car for me.
Yesterday was the first time I warmed car by myself and I noticed the car air-conditioning was left on as I met it on after I started the car.
Please what's the implication of this.
Also some rodent must have been using my engine bay as their dinning table. Lots of snail shell and some faeces

Car toyota corolla sport 2006.

Pls should I be worried

1.Check the terminals of the battery if they are tight. If not, get 11' spanner n tighten.

2. Look at your alternator belt, are the grooves showing signs of wear out? , is it taut on the alternator.

Drive it around for like a day, to see if the light blinks again.

If 1 and 2 are good. The culprit is the carbon brush in the alternator, it's a cheap fix, I bought the replacement 1k ( can't say for this year, cost of spare parts skyrocketed) last year, gave rewire 2k for his services.

Asking driver to go from point B to point A is another trip entirely which driver has the right to either accept or decline

So what is the essence of taking an item from point A to B without delivering it?

But why are you guys looking at it just from the drivers perspective. Like I don't get it. You(driver) agreed to do delivery, at the end of the day you did not deliver item, you have refused to return item and you have refused to take your call all in the name of recipient being rude to you.

What if he was asked to go drop off some kids, will he say because the person who is suppose to receive the kids was rude to him then it's now his right to go with the kids?

You guys should put yourself in the position of the guy who owns those items and then make your judgment. It could be that those items where sold and meant to be delivered, probably in another state by the recipient who is meant to travel with the said item.

If the driver was vexed by the recipient s manners then he should try to resolve things with the person who ordered and not seize the item.

I beg make the driver go sit down. Like he has never in his life been rude to someone.

That you spend more time on your part time job than full time job ?

Before I collected the car, the owner told me that it used to overheat that I should always be mindful of it.
Because of that, na everyday before I even start am I dey fill the radiator water and I always have reserved water in the boot just in case. And ever since I been driving it, no sign of overheating at all.
I will have to notify the owner immediately. I don't joke with things that have to do with car, I'm always mindful.
Much respect, boss.
