Pls following the recent talks about the latest Redmi update, my new note 11s Redmi have been telling me to update, showing me the v13.0.5.0 update, pls has there been anyone that has recently updated and nothing happen to there phone? Also of I decide not to update as the reminder kept popping up, will cause anything to the phone? Pls help a brother. Been seeing some people complain of after updating there phone to OS 13

It doesn't actually do anything it just put new features some default apps on your phone will change their look

Yes but its better for your phone some new apps can't run without that new OS software

Go ahead and update your phone... It gets rid of some bugs

Dont rush. Except theres a known bug

Update your phone, most people complaining are ignorant of how phone os work. Make sure after updating, you also update all ur apps from app store so they can sync with the new update. Remember to do hard reset by pressing the power button steady for 10 seconds often. So updating means you will also update every app in ur phone also, especially Google apps

sha be careful cos I've been hearing people complaining that Redmi note 11 series has been having issues due to updates.

someone is already complaining on the xiaomi thread that his note 11s is rebooting itself 3 times a day after the miui 13 update
