Doesn't really matter. The higher the temperature, the higher the solubility, but since the cold water will become hot in just a couple of minutes inside you, no need. Use hot, cold, warm. Any one you fit.

When you take cold water,the body absords the water and warms it up ,tolerent enough for normal body functions,just like some have rightly said. The human body is intelligent enough to sieve the ignorance of man from its responsibilities.
