The pop guys and screeders would be able to help you out better for most of the quotation.
Total measurement would help them determine if the quantity is within range. They would know the current going rate per sqm for the application.
Where I can comment is the satin paint but I would need the total sqm to determine the quantity.
As for the price, different brands have different prices, some cheaper and some way more expensive with different quality.

The total area to be screeded and painted will determine the quantity of material and by extension cost of materials and labour. The area in question can only be gotten from the architectural drawings (if any).
