If this is true, I think you're better off channelling your energy towards securing a masters scholarship in the next two years. My two cents.
I am..gotten two already in the UK, but partially funded though..looking to explore other cheaper countries. But then i really need a job atleast for 6 months, so that i could move finally. Thanks for the advice..

Fresh update

It will be good but Arsenal are hot cake right now for strikers due to the availability.

Nunez
Martinez
Tammy
Osimhen
Isak
DCL
Gabriel Jesus

Averagely all costing 80m. Arsenal needs two. Only two are trusted enough. But others can offer stuff too. UCL qualification will decider for Victor.

The point you made is Osimhen should leave Napoli, as they are an unserious team.

And I'm asking you, what has Osimhen done to distance himself from this seriousness

Football is a game of 11, so Osimhen cannot do anything without the aid of his teammates. But his performances can distance him from the disasters of the club.

How has he done this?

The reason Napoli fails repeatedly is not because of performance, it is because of mentality.

In that team, only Mertens, Koulibaly and Osimhen have a winning mentality, and it's not even about who has actually won something. After all, Insigne won the Euros.

Napoli crumbles under pressure. They can play like prime Barca, but when the going gets tough, they tend to drop their heads instead of lifting. It is the same problem Spurs struggles with. It is about fight, about wanting to die on the pitch rather than losing.

I said it will favor Igbos meaning over 90% of the staff will be Igbos and they will be considered before anyone else.

I didn't say they will not employ non-igbos.

So who will pay the staff relocation fee and accomodation fee if for instance the non Igbos are employed from say Lagos?

The point is simple Civil Service State job and employment in Shell. Shell will be less discriminatory in their selection, unlike the State Civil Service Employment. When I called Enyimba local, I did not mean it in a derogatory manner, if it sounded so. I am talking about the scope of recognition and manner of operating things.

Note, Shell has white expartriates, working in Nigeria in mass.

According to shell's website over 66% of their staff are from the Niger Delta area even though to me it should be 90%.

Shell depending on Whyte expatriates is due to the agreement they signed with Nigeria left to me the expatriates job should be to transfer knowledge to people from Niger Delta states then quit the job. Only 4% of their staff should be foreigners.

Other oil producing countries have their indigenous companies running and operating their oil industry because the person who owns the company takes all the profits and since it's owned by indigenes the profits stay within the country.

Shell N:igeria will pay foreign employees and still take billions of dollars ( trillions of naira even though I'm sure it's in euros or pounds ) in profits back to their own indigenous country and this affects Niger Delta states badly.

Normally Akwa-ibom will have its own oil company, bayelsa will also have their own and each of the oil producing states are meant to have their own version of Shell but since Nigeria wants to practice "one Nigeria" a lot of things that are meant to be normal will not be done and this leads to high unemployment in Nigeria.

Other foreign owned companies are also guilty of this..

That depends on the agreement with the company. Most Nigerians that relocate abroad pay for their visa, flight tickets, accommodation and feeding e.t.c

The company will send an employment letter, whether they pay for flight tickets, accommodation and feeding e.t.c will be in the agreement signed with the employee.

Not everyone has employment letter before they relocate some relocate then start applying for work when they get to the country which means they'll pay for everything by themselves from their savings or family back home until they get a job.

U20 AFCON qualifier: Bosso set to name Flying Eagles final squad as team depart for Niamey
blueprint.ng Apr 25, 2022 8:45 PM

Ladan Bosso
Flying Eagles gaffer Ladan Bosso will announce his final squad for the U20 AFCON qualifying tournament in Niger Wednesday before the team travel out to Niger Republic the following day.

It will be an expanded squad of at least 28 players in keeping with Coronavirus protocols set by CAF.

The squad will be a fine mix of experienced NPFL stars and talented players from the lower leagues and academies.

Officials further told SCORENigeria that Bosso will use the final 10 days leading to the May 7 kick-off of the qualifiers to decide on his starting XI and also focus on the task ahead.

The team have so far won their first two test games and will play more such matches for the coaches to pick the final squad.

The Flying Eagles are drawn in a three-team Group B along with Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire.

A win in the first round will qualify them to the semifinals of the WAFU B qualifying series.

The two finalists of this tournament will advance to the U20 AFCON in Egypt in February.

How Europe is destroying Nigerian or African footballers

We need to stop sending our players to Europe indiscriminately.
The process must be monitored.
Europe loves deceiving us our players are not good enough by making them
sign slave contracts and dumping them on the bench even in horrible leagues like latvia, slovenia etc
The way we destroyed our league is making it easy for Europeans to short change us.
You cant take a young player from Enyimba and send him into obscurity in Europe.
We need to negotiate a safe landing for our boys with these whites.
The trend needs to be nipped in the bud.
I think the problem is our players are too desperate to go to Europe and at the end
they are exploited and dumped.
Of course, there is poverty but African players deserve dignity
The Yorubas say
Nitori mo fe jeran mi le pe Malu in Broda
Because i want to eat meat i cannot call the Cow my brother.
Why run to the Latvian league in the name of playing in Europe
It is better to be in the North African league or in South Africa
than these nonsense European leagues.
Besides the npfl has to be marketed to the world and
shown on television as a good product.
Aba what is it. Omojesu of Sunshine stars has gone to the Latvian league
(is he that hungry
This madness and killing of talent needs to stop
We must develop our league and the best players from our league must end up
in at least Turkey, greece, belgium etc and the respectable leagues of Europe
where they can develop and get playing time.

Seems Gab already looks like he got a wild card to me. It remains for who grabs the second spot left. Currently its £67m on Vic's head. Arsenal can brush it down to 50m. They sabi that thing wella.

State Government put in shift to support most of our local clubs, including Enyimba. That is what I mean by local Club. Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City are international global brands like Coca Cola, and Walt Disney.

I just heard that the wage roll in the NPFL is quite commendable with Akwa United topping the list. That's a good step.

How did Kano Pillars do it though? The Youngster, Noah.

It doesn't agree with what you said.

I said State Civil Service will employ strictly State indigenes, while a company like Shell, despite being sighted in a State will employ from other States, including foreign expatriates.

Your post showed Shell employing a chunk from the Niger Delta. Not just from a particular State. Still employing from across the country and even expartriates.

Your post proved my point without you knowing.

nope, it doesn't..

Shell is a foreign owned company and only foreign owned companies do those things...

If an Ijaw ( could also be Nigerian ) billionaire or Ijaw consortium owned the oil company then it is under no obligation to hire foreigners or people from other states..

If a foreign corporation or billionaire owned Enyimba that is how they will operate but if an Igbo billionaire or Igbo consortium owned Enyimba they are under no obligation to operate that way..

Its the same way Dangote is building a refinery in Lagos, despite been a Nigerian, Dangote is not an indigene in the SW so his companies have to hire Yorubas... unlike if the company was based in northern Nigeria...

I didn't prove your point..
