National Leader of the All Progressives Congress and presidential hopeful, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has donated 1800 bags of rice to residents of Kano State.

The rice which was distributed on Sunday is part of a Ramadan package for Muslim faithful in the state.

The Abdullahi Ganduje-led government supervised the distribution.

Photos of the trucks which conveyed the Ramadan package were shared on Twitter by a member of his support group.

Politics of rice handouts in 2022. How else can a man demonstrate a lack of capacity and progressive thinking?. How long will a 5 kg of rice last?. Is there any doubt that this man is still imbued with the conviction that people need to be subdued to be used for election purposes?.

Nigerians, north, and south do not need handouts. What they need is a government with the right policies. One that will lift them and their children out of poverty for life.

This is what Mr. Peter Obi is offering us as Nigerians.
