Nigeria's extradition treaty with the United States, which was signed on December 22, 1931, by the United Kingdom, should be cancelled. When has the United States ever handed over her citizens to a foreign nation? In practice, extradition treaties with the United States work in only one direction. Such treaties should be revoked by the other country. 6 Likes 1 Share |

nedekid:Who told you that? Just because the press have not made noise about that like they did for Kiary does not mean they have not. His crime is way bigger than Abba and all these other peanut criminals combined. Why won't they ask for his extradition. If he lands here in the US today or land in any US friendly country, I can guarantee you that he will be promptly arrested. 1 Like 1 Share |
