From my little knowledge, Spring has a very low funding opportunities. Why not just shoot for Fall? Besides, you'd have more time to research on schools and their funding opportunities.

I just got shortlisted for a ptdf scholarship to universities either in Germany, France or Malaysia. One prerequisite is that I must first gain admission in any of the countries. How do I apply for admission for in either Germany or France?
