US, EU, and NATO are not making move for peace talks but rather decide to supply weapons to Ukraine, a country that's not in any way up to Russia in all facets. This will only make Russia to be more brutal and declare all out war on Ukraine.

Finding alternative to Russia gas will lead to global economic recession. Rather than relying on pipelines, other countries trying to supply gas to Europe through ships could meet resistance from pirates and terrorists sponsor by sympathisers and supporters of parties involved in the war. This will lead to fuel and gas scarcity followed by global economic recession.

Of course, zelensky plays into the hands of US because the aim of US to establish NATO is to bring weapons so close to Russia border. The war is an opportunity for US to execute her long term plan.
