Some tips for mamas that have unexplained infertility (SFA good, tubes patent and ovulating but no pregnancy).
--Robitussin (with guaifenesin) cough syrup or mucinex taken before ovulation helps thin out cervical mucus...this will help the sperm swim up faster.
--Eating pineapple core after ovulation helps improve chances of implantation by increase blood flow to the uterus.
--stop trying to time sex to ovulation period..sometimes most miss the fertile window while trying to time sex. Just have sex everyother day immediately after your period ends. I.e if your period ends on day 4, start having sex on day 5, 7, 9 etc
--stop using soap/femfresh etc to wash your vagina and dont insert anything there. You'd kill the good bacteria meant to be there and change the PH level of your vagina thereby making it almost like a spermicide (killing sperms that enter the vag)...

Good morning beautiful people. For those asking for ewedu therapy and how to use vitamin B6 to lower high or out of normal range prolactin.

Rinse N50 worth of it or more. Blend (that's the fastest way I get it done, instead of slicing). Boil for 5mins Max. No potash. No oil. Add only fish or crayfish. Take from af to o.

Take 50mg Vit. B6 for 1 month or 3months(if your prolactin levels are over the range). Take b6 only after O. stop at af . Continue if bfp.

Note: Ewedu lowers prolactin and gives quality ewcm. Vit. b6 is simply progesterone.

Make sure those fibroids are not inside the womb/ uterine cavity. And also, if they change the shape of your uterus then they must be removed ASAP through surgery. If they are inside, it can stop you from conceiving. Even if it's just one small one. Speak to a fertilty doctor or a good gynaecologist. They can remove those insert the uterine cavity (inside the womb, the area where your baby will implant) with hysteroscopic surgery. This cost around 50k to 200k depending on which hospital or clinic you use.

Remember to take serrapeptase and/or wobenzym whenever any type of operations/surgery is done on your. This will help minimise or totally avoid scar tissues/adhesions.

I used clomid at my last cycle according to my gynecologist prescription but I didn't ovulate. I'm on day 34 of my cycle now, no menses yet , I did pregnancy test earlier but it's negative
So I bought ovaboost. Can I start using it immediately if PT is negative or is it compulsory for me to wait till my menses shows up?

Although my prolactin came back HIGH. But it seems it doesn't stop me try ovulating. Now why I'm I ovulating and yet can't conceive........ I don't even know what else to do again. Hubby is normal. .. I'm worried about my cervix cos I had D$C 8yrs ago. And when I went for my hsg test d woman knew immediately and said My uterus tilted and was asking if I'm I menstruating. Because she try inserting thinest instrument couldn't enter my cervix.. so she try to open it so it can fit in so to inject d fluid in for my hsg. And I do have my period. Can I have ahersion like close cervix and menstruating... immediately I finish having sex like this I try to stay in bed like 1hr but despite not standing up d moment I laugh or cough or move it rush out like tap as if it didn't even reach up there at all...... can my delay be my cervix maybe sperm couldn't even reach d cervix at all. I need advice pls and wat to do pls

If your prolactin is high then work on it. You may think you are ovulating and not. Secondly, how's hubby sperm? If not good enough work on it.

From your HSG report you can know if you have adhesions on your cervix. Also by checking physically. Speak with your fertilty doctor/Gynae.

If you have done a D and C before then get wobenzym, serrapeptase and yi mu cao and xixian cao. Get a Castrol oil, hot water bottle and do
self fertilty and Castrol oil pack. Do 4 days on and 3 days off before ovulation when actively TTC. You can do through out your circle until about 5 days before your period and during your period when not TTCing actively. Continue self fertilty massage and Castrol oil pack until you see results or do for 3 to 6 months.

Move people...TTC mamas move around. It's very important. Try stay healthy. Lose some weight if you are over weight. (Quite easy with intermittent fasting-google it, portion control and staying active)

Most importantly pray..keep praying until you see results.

Note:
If you can't afford dostinex( for high prolactin quite expensive)
You can try this for three months straight.
Take ewedu from beginning of your circle to ovulation. Take vitamin B6 after ovulation to when your period starts. Note, not before your period starts but till when your period starts. Vitamin B6 can help boost progesterone and you don't want it dropping before period incase you are pregnant. If you become pregnant speak with your doctor immediately so that he/she can give you progesterone. You need to continue with your progesterone suppliments until 16weeks.

Yeahh it's possible to ovulate with high prolactin. The hormonal profile I did 2 months ago showed high prolactin (I wasn't consistent and religious with dostinex) and high progesterone (day 21) implying I did ovulate. My Dr said even if I ovulate, the high prolactin makes the environment harsh for pregnancy to occur ; so regardless, work on bringing and maintaining the prolactin to normal levels. Above all continue to pray for God's mercy and grace.
