it's only the Police or efcc or any relevant authority that can through a court order block someone's account...you can't just walk into a bank and tell them to block an account... IF YOU GOT PROOF THAT THE PERSON IN QUESTION IS A SCAMMER,GO TO THE POLICE OR EFCC.. WRITE A PETITION AND IF THE PERSON DOESN'T SHOW UP WHEN INVITED...HIS OR HER ACCOUNT WILL BE BLOCKED AND HE WILL BE DECLARED WANTED.. the money you go spend..you go just give up....that's why you should be extremely careful when doing whatever business you choose to do online |
