I sat for WAEC in 2012 and I got this result Eng. C6 Maths. C6 Phy. D7 Chem. C5 Bio. D7 F.maths D7 Geo. B.. A.Igbo. A1 Econs. C.. Can I get admission with this results and which course of study will be suitable for my result. Thanks 6 Likes 2 Shares |

You're science student and with a D in Physics and biology, it will be hard to secure any admission into any science related course. So my best advice is for you to retake the exams 69 Likes 2 Shares |

Goodlyhrt:Bro, just try and look for any school that allows awaiting results. And while you're at it find out if the school gives admission to students without physics. You can, but you may not get the courses you want since you don't have Biology and Physics. I'd have advised Chemistry Education, but they may request for an extra science subject, which you don't have. Your best bet is to check the JAMB brochure for courses and their subject combos. Make sure you take your time to go through it because different schools have different requirements and the wrong combo could destroy your chances of getting admission. Courses like Economics, Accounting, Update: I have added my sources here with important areas highlighted: OP's Qualifying Results: English C6, Maths C6, Chemistry C5, Geography B, Economics C, Igbo A1 (5 total subjects qualify OP) University of Ibadan: O level requirements for Mathematics admission: 5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at English Language, Mathematics, and any two Science subjects from the following: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Further Mathematics, Geography. Note: English, Maths and 2 other science subjects are required, so he can use Igbo to make up the 5th subject O level requirements for Statistics admission: 5 'O' level subjects at one sitting or 6 'O' level subjects at two sittings to include: English Language, Mathematics, Geography and any of two or three of the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Further Mathematics.
