Depending on what you need it for . If you need it for skilled visa , then provided it is IELTS for UKVI not the other IELTS then yes....

The amount of years you can apply for is dependent on your CoS. They're sponsoring you for 5 years so you apply for 5 years. If after 3 years you don't want to do again, get yourself a different sponsor except if you're miraculously eligible for ILR.

2. That's dependent on your officer. You're to declare all previous visas in the last 10years so it's definitely going to pop up.

3. You'll have to sort out your accommodation yourself. You'll need either an air BnB or an apartment.

No ... you have to be consistent. COS has to match visa years

Overstay is usually a problem but for skilled visa, the official document states that over staying will not be counted as an offense and would be over looked. This rule i saw it with my two eyes.. lol

Accommodation, my cousin just stated that she will sort temporary accommodation such as air bnb after the visa

Please how do I secure an apartment from Nigeria and what acceptable reason can I write for the 10 days I over stayed?

Actually the main reason I overstayed 10 days was because my employer didn't process all my work benefits on time..so I had to sort it out before leaving.

you’re in a civil partnership or marriage that’s recognised in the UK

2. Unmarried partner
you’ve been living together in a relationship for at least 2 years when you apply

If you are no 1 you don't need to prove no 2, if you are no 2 type you don't need no 1

Last week, I had these two care homes that sounded cool like they would grant me interview. They requested for everything and i gave them all i mean all. One of them even requested I show them screenshot of the results for the 15 care certificate modules on the internet if i didnt have their certificates handy and i gave them all all all and they have not responded till now. Infact one of them pulled my first mail from her junk box before mailing their application form to me like she really needed me. This happened last week Wednesday and Thursday. I dont know if i should mail them again tomorrow and ask them if my application was successful or would it sound desperate?

A friend got same for almost one and half years after over 600 applications

He is now in the uk on study visa and doing same Carework job part time which he couldn’t get offer for while in nigeria.
Don’t put hope on healthcare anymore go for study package this is not Covid period most countries already relaxed Covid restrictions the employers actually want to recruit but only 2 percent are ready to issue sponsorship so they want someone who is inside the uk already that’s why you are receiving such unfortunately……

I and wife have a three month baby and planning to go to registry before we start our application. The question is hope the marriage certificate will not affect our chance cause the certificate isn't up to one year. Thanks �
