WE HAVE PLENTY UNIVERSITY IN NIGERIA BUT THERE IS HARDLY OR NO FACTORIES IN NIGERIA TO ABSORB THE GRADUATES.

Politicians in Nigeria keep erecting new educational edifice preferably in their villages or town of origin even if that does not meet the economic, social, logistical requirement that such infrastructure needs.

Take for example, comrade Adams Oshiomole the former Edo state governor who is aspiring for Senator and just recently the President of Nigeria.

Oshiomole while he was governor of Edo state went on to build a second Edo state university at his country home or village of origin called Iyamho, a town close to Auchi in the very Edo state of Nigeria.

But critical thinkers who knows of the project will feel Comrade Oshiomole would have upgraded the facilities of the already existing Ambrose Alli university in Edo state. Instead of wasting public funds to build a second university for the state in Iyamho.

This has seriously overstretched Edo state Treasury just because Oshiomole want to please his Etsako people just for political expediency or convenience.
