You are forced to take care of your child or forced against selling your child. Just because someone does it and was not caught does not mean they are not being forced to take care of the child. It is common sense.

Giving your child to your family member to help you raise is still you taking care of the child with the help of your family.

The bit about this argument you fail to recognise is that the woman will always "do it with their own accord" if she wants to and there's absolutely nothing you or the state can do about it. She can after all be 9 months pregnant and neither you nor the state may know she is!
