I've seen a lot of this issues before though
Best bet is to replace it before it gets worse

I think the fault is from your screen.

Try to hard reset, if it doesn’t work you can go to a phone repairer.

Actually that is the best option and it might be that the phone fell or maybe a liquid substance spilled on it

How long have you been using the device. You can take it to a service center near you

This might be as a result of repeated falls, you can try changing the screen

Take it to a carlcare store and explain how it does to them, they'll know the proper response to give to you

Do you use a screen guard and is it well fitted and placed, this might also be the reason

If after restoring the factory settings and it's still like that you need to change the screen
