Please how can I remediate a Steel door with rotting wood panel?

Water is sipping into the house whenever it rains and I need a cost effective but permanent solution to it.

This is one of the Solution,you don't need to replace the door.water entering the house is so frustrating,This was how conquered mine early last Month. The iron fabrication was done by me Mr Michlins, your Ghost student is improving

There is already an awning on top....but weather still affects it during the rains.

Probably The awning is short, you'd need the bigger and longer awning sir....

Yes sir, careful look at the second Pics,you'd notice the sun is shinning directly to the door likewise if the rain falls sir, no provision for Porch or veranda at the Op Building, so to stop rain and Sun hitting and flashing to the door directly, he'd need awning as My Oga Hajj M suggested,longer and wider Awning.

When I paid N204,000 for 20 ton granite I knew we’ve entered another dimension.

Historically is this how things just goes up in price in Nigeria?

Cost of deliverables increase but thus current increase, I've never seen it before.

I remember buying this for 70,000 just over 2 years ago.

The current over- inflation is crazy aland the craziest part is that its not gonna end. This is the new normal.

Laterite loads from Toll gate and from there to your site in Ring road is not too stretchy.

This location is back of IITA... you can ask your supplier how much he'll take for a truck there.

I got a 50k option from a truck coming from Akinyele
