Thanks But I'm talking about changing naira to USD Is the exchange rate at the bureau de change in mm1 like that of black market You can hold your dollar and change it when you get to Canada airport or any bureau de change near you in Canada.[/quote] |

cochtrane:Thank you for your advice I want to get a relevant education that will translate into a very paying job. I also want to travel out for better opportunities. I'm currently doing the Googles data analytics course and before September I would be through with it. However, I also want to position myself in a place that has more opportunities. And I feel that a masters degree will give me the most advantage. Even though I really want to travel to Canada, I also know that I can get admission to study Master's in UK. So I'm kinda confused? Will this diploma be a waste of funds as opposed to just doing a masters in data analytics in UK. Thank you once again. |

Juicy7:I have heard that it is a bit fairer than the black market rate. I am not sure of the rate range. |

Kbrule:The Google course is a good start. You just need to keep learning and to improve your skills. If you have PR through Express entry, then it may be a better idea to do a diploma in Canada that earns you an advantage towards applying for a masters in the same University. This will be overall cheaper for you and if your final destination is Canada, Canadian recruiters will be more familiar with your University. If you don't have PR, then I think it may be better to go for a UK masters over a Canadian certificate as it may come to the same cost. At the end of the day, your objective is to simply advance your knowledge, which if you do well will earn you a job easily. Also look at your personal situation and see what is overall more comfortable for you. |

Try craigslist. I got accommodation from Nigeria using craiglist but you have to make use of VPN to access it. Maccollins21: |

stposh:if she has travel history, assets and all that normal requirements. She can try. Being post aor will give not leverage most times. As a landed pr you have more leverage when inviting her. |

stposh:She will need to apply normally like anyone else. Post AOR means nothing in this case. If you have your PR and/or landed, that might sway their minds. But as Ednut advised, you/she would need to satisfy the visa officer that your mum meets the requirements of the visitor visa. |

Blessedme4:why do you need a driver's abstract? |
| Re: Living In Canada/Life As A Canadian Immigrant Part 2 by ednut1(m): 9:04am On May 09, 2022 |
EDGEof2MORO:two years driving extract enables you to do the full Drivers test or the provisional one in some provinces like Ontario . If not you would have to wait a year to do test after doing the knowledge test. |
