This morning I went to another health centre and I did some test like ulcer, urinalysis and cholesterol test..so I was giving some drugs to be using.......


I had to go to the health centre because I'm very far from home and the hospital I was registered with in my locality.....

The best way to overcome this is to re- channelled your thinking. Just believe that whatever happen to you (good or bad), is for your own good. 95% of people with this problem are introverts, so try to make new friends or join group in your community or church. The issue about this ailment is that,it keeps changing pattern,the fourth hospital I visited,while explaining my symptoms to the doctor,he was confused..he wanted to refer .e to FMC where I will meet specialist,but the time,cost,and location wouldn't allow me heed to his referral....
I am thanking God anyway, because he is the only one that understand what I'm going through and will surely sort it out perfectly....


I keep spending money on hospital and drugs....( I have visited five hospital/clinics)..

It is well with me in Jesus Christ name..

shut your mind from every form fear. Fear can trigger all those symptoms you are experiencing. Take concious effort and remind yourself that you are fine and nothing is goin to happen to you.

well,the thing is that,I'm not feeling the heart palpitations again,the thing has taken another dimension which want to make me feel scared,but the word of God has been my refuge and solace....

I'm coming out of this unscathed.....

The matter just funny for my body, because it just wanted me to keep spending money at the hospitals without any results.....

God is very faithful to deliver me from my distresses....

Please I need someone help about abdominal Scan , everything was Scan okay and normal but at the end of the results instead of conclusion they wrote assessment and infront of that assessment they wrote sub-acute appendicitis. Does that mean the fellow has appendicitis or the test carried out Is sub-acute appendicitis test

Please I need a health worker or cardiologist to help me out here.... palpitation is really troubling me,most especially at midnight...
It all starts with an anxiety or fear that will just grip me,then my heart will start racing with shortness of breath and dizziness....

I have gone to a clinic and state hospital, I have been referred to do an ECG and chest x-ray,both results came with a normal heart...I have been given drugs twice by the state hospital alone,but this thing keeps disturbing me...



Yesterday's night was the most scariest..I thought I was gonna pass out when it started around 12am..I couldn't sleep till morning..


Till now,I feel a bit weak,with the palpitation still occuring.(but not as fast as yesterday)...



Please I need help...a cardiologist or anyone...

Note: all this started around January,after I was trying to be exercising with push up....

it was positive...
H- pylori or whatever...I was given drugs and injection after those test,but this thing would not let me sleep well after then,I had to be doing sleeping tablet every night (lexocan)..

But thank God,he only has the power to make well ...


Mhen..my eyes have seen so much trouble,but thank God he didn't deliver my life to the hands of the

enemy....

The thing doesn't seems ordinary..
