You can unlock using code but I just want to sell it as locked.
When you unlock, you can use any sim but when locked, you can't use sim

You can only use wifi

Most will NOT want to take a chance on a network locked device. As long as the original owner does not owe anything on it, sprint will provide the code. You can find out via their customer service - 888-211-4727
