If it’s a heavy equipment, your shipping charges would be per cubic meter and not exceeding certain weight. You have to factor in this before making the purchase.
Secondly, also know that different suppliers have different standards of any product. There is no standard quality for products shipped to African market unlike those shipped to US. That is the major reason why US Chinese manufactured goods are more expensive.

Visited a Julius Berger construction site where I saw 4 by 4 and 2 by 4 being used as nogging.

I noticed the use of screw guns and screws which is very rare here.

the row just on top of the concrete structure was made up of 4 by 4s.

People always forget that Stone Coated is heavier than regular aluminium and proper or stronger wood support should be used.
I am never in support of those extra high roof anyway.

Semi hard wood of complete 2*3 is what's needed no matter the weight of a POP.

Thank you sir for your response and enlightenment. I guess it is better to do a stamped concrete then instead of paving stones. The purpose majorly is just to beautify the compound and probably stop the few mould in the compound. My area is a dry area but I guess what is causing the mould may related to the water falling from the roof when it rains cos I have not installed water collector

They look great no doubt.. I feel the only issue with them is the maintenance.. They look beautiful when new but once they aren't being maintained well.. And water starts damaging the edges of the wall.. They just look horrible!

I could be wrong.. But my opinion tho!

If a professional does the job you would not bother about maintenance for same number of years the 20ft roofs stay for.
