Why are youths of today not interested in going to church again has been a big question that has been bothering me since I came back from my church today.
Churches this day are lacking youths that no longer have zeal to be going to church on Sunday rather they feel it's okay they stay at home or go for an event on Sunday which suppose to be an holy day for the Christian. It surprises me to see that church auditoriums now are only having adults majorly as attendance with little children.
What's happening to the youth of our present generation and what are the reasons why the youths are no longer interested in going to church anymore? It's a question that I want to share with you.

Of course u won't find lots of them in the orthodox churches. Churches conduct 3 to 5 services every Sunday and each service packed out

You don't really know what I mean, if you check very in those churches you will understand perfectly what I'm talking about. I've visited to some Churches for sometimes now and I can tell you vividly how majority of those in those churches are old Men and Women, From there I deduce out that like seriously, churches are really declining in winning more youths for Christ.

Youths are all about entertainment now. And I don't want any church to turn to entertainment house because they want to draw the youth to them. All they should do is pray and evangelise. Let the Holy spirit do the rest.

How many old men and women did u see in the packed out auditoriums of Christ Embassy, winners Chapel, salvation ministries, house on the rock etc?

Yes there are. But most youths usually troop into 'churches' that entertain the flesh. Most of them run from churches that emphasize the necessity of regeneration and crucifixion with Christ. May God help the present day generation of youths.

Na wetin dem dey tell some of them for mosque . ( Not saying that the op is a Muslim anyway )

That's how one of my Step Brothers was telling me that they told them in mosque that it's now very rear for one to see churches in the USA.
That you have to go distance before the can see any ....

I was like smiling inside myself that, is it not the same USA with more Christian population than Nigeria ?

You see, some of them wish for that, while many were lied to in their various mosques .

But the church will keep flourishing.
