A young beautiful Keyan lady identified as Ruth James has taken to social media to share a tall list of men she has infected with HIV.

The lady earlier took to Facebook to announce that she will drop the identity of men she has successfully infected with HIV.

According to the lady, the tall list has names of 100 men who are already on Facebook and they are dying from anxiety to find out if their names are on the list.

An earlier post from the camp of Ruth read: “I want to expose everyone I have given HIV”.

A lot of social media users reacted to her post with a section advising her not to reveal the identity of these men.
