If you have these, you must have enough of them to swiftly cross a battalion in a short time, then, also have enough logistics support vehicles to get these in place. If not, then the enemy will have a good time tearing you apart with artillery while you trying to look cute in a few of these..... or with all that money, you can simply invest in bridges.

russia have destroy a lot tb2 drone i think the entire fleet of tb2 drone own by kiev have been have being destroyed.those seen in action are those tranfer by allies state including turkey. Kiev have procure 36 tb2 drone recently 12 have being delivered yesterday whlie 24 expect by next two week.

Striking individual assets when they continue losing swaths of territory, especially when we consider Russia hasn't launched it's anticipated offensive in the east of Ukraine.

The Aircrafts we are seeing are recently delivered there's evidence online to support it.

The area where the TB2 has been really effective is in carrying out ISR.

Turkish partners continue to churn out "Bayraktars" like hot cakes and send them at an accelerated pace directly from the assembly line to Ukraine to be used against the Russian army.

On March 21, 2022, this particular device was only conducting test flights over a plant in Turkey, and on May 7, 2022, it was used to strike Russian equipment on Serpent Island

Turkey can manufacture 24 TB-2s per month, so it's safe to assume the Ukes won't be running out anytime soon.

Now, if the Moskva Rus could target the ground control stations, that'd be something cos those take longer (3 months IIRC) to produce.

What the conflict in Ukraine has shown is, countries like Nigeria must continue to accelerate the induction and use of various types of Drones and UCAVS.

The TB2, Orion, Orlan 10, Forpost and DJI Drones are the future of combat in the battlefield. Also a downed UAV offers really insignificant propaganda value, while a strike from a UCAV offers effective propaganda.

There hasn't been a sheer effectiveness of the use of TB-2 Drones against the Russian army, at least not in the strike role.

The TB-2 has been effective in 2 significant operations against Russia, the attack on the Helicopters in Kherson and the reported attack of oil facilities in Russia.

When we compare the use of TB-2s in the war in Armenia, as against this war in Ukraine there's a visible effectiveness difference.

The Navy is trying to pass off a message that only Nigerian crew are onboard, and publishing photos of Damen staff that accompany the ship might water down this choreographed image.

My own theory: the High Commissioner, as a civilian, has a misguided sense of security and what constitutes "military secrets".

I say this because the person most qualified to determine what's sensitive, the representative of the Nigerian military, the Defence Attache, had granted access.
Advanced carriers, destroyers, subs, cruisers, etc have conducted media and public tours here with sensitive sections insulated with no incident. Just about every year on minor and major exercises with the SAN.

And rightly, NNS Unity and Centenary passed through here with none of the restrictions. BTW, might be wrong, but internal tours and pics were conducted on both.

That's why I say this was some civilian getting carried away.
Which is to be expected: in 2015/16 the SAAF flew 9 Gripen down to AFB Overberg for a joint exercise with 9 German Air Force aircraft who were here to use our test facilities for a whole range of their new weapons, as they do ever 2 years.
Civilians at the Ministry of Defence overruled the entire 2 weeks of exercises because of "security concerns".

In a few days of collecting images and reading some comments on DRC military, I also came to conclusion that army has been carrying most of the heavy fighting, and has to make wonders with some old T-55s, KrAZ-6322RA, PLDVK Ještěrkas and loads of Toyotas, while Republican guard mostly sits in their bases with all the good stuff the country just bought, not willing to give hand to help. Like seriously, I haven't yet seen a single T-72AV, T-64B1M... engaged in fighting. Something typical I have observed with authoritarian regimes, where Republican guards, or whatever they are called, get all of the new stuff while army relies on old and rusty equipment, because they are not trustworthy, so those Republican guards are used to suppress coups/opposition. Not saying DRC is authoritarian regime, just that it's a little bit suspicious.
Though, my view might be biased because A) Republican guard is very secretive and finding any pictures of their vehicles is hard, of soldiers not so much though B) I'm no expert and there is clear language/regional barrier and I lack the knowledge on the background of the country. Something I'm aware of and I have to study.

Anyway, I figured, but sometimes I'm very tempted to get drawn in these arguments since I see some commonly spread misconceptions/lies.
