you have to purchase a new dollar card (costs about N1,200) to be able to make purchases,
please note the "Current Balance" on the card should be in USD ($), that's when you know you have the correct card!

So I've been reached out to by one of my sellers saying my payment is still marked as "unpaid." I thought maybe this would be resolved after my bank transaction completed, but now that the transaction is no longer pending, and the money HAS left my account for the items, Aliexpress still marked the items as unpaid. And the 15.6USD equivalent to 7,650Naira have already been deducted from my GTBank Account.
What will I do to get my money back.

Been trying to use Barter card to buy on AliExpress now for over a week, but it doesn't work. I just created a new card thinking maybe it has to do with how recent the card is.
Also tried Payoneer virtual card, it didn't work. Tried using browser, it didn't work, both Barter and Payoneer cards.

Are you guys using VPN or something?

Update: Just tried VPN, it didn't work. What's happening? Are they trying to block out Nigerians?

This sounds like Standard Chartered Bank. It's network, not your own but the bank's.

You need to be sure that the Barter card is the one selected for the transaction. You can also try ordering from the web instead of the app.

That ace is a china only phone at the moment so it'll most likely be shipped from china which invariably means speedaf will handle it.
You should chat up seller and confirm his/her location before ordering
