cornelboy:The scripture already told you they will be cast into the Lake of fire. You responsibility is to believe. Hell is a spiritual domain where lost souls go to. It is well organized just like our correctional centres. It's like a cell holding lost souls awaiting final judgment. So, when the time comes for the final judgment, all inmates will be released for final judgment. And after judgment, they will be thrown into a worse place known as the Lake of fire. Put in another term, it is rivers of liquid fire. It is far worse than hell. Now hell, which kept these inmates has fulfilled its purpose and it is now empty. It will also be thrown into the Lake of fire. Death is another spiritual domain that holds some people who died but have not yet entered hell. The people in that domain will also be released for final judgment. Death will also be thrown into the Lake of fire. The Lake of fire is real. Don't plan to go there. Receive Jesus now into your life and save yourself from that terrible place. |

Ken4Christ:How would a spiritual unliving entity like death and hell born in fire? Ona no dé reason? Can spirit born in fire? For example Satan a spirit being, can a literal fire born him? Is lake of fire spiritual fire or literal physical fire? If you say lake of fire is also spiritual, why were people resurrected first with their flesh (body) before casting them into the lake? Why didn't their spiritual soul go there directly? Peter quoted Psalm 16:10 to explain that even Jesus soul was dead in hell, is hell a prison or just a abstract place for human beings that are dead? Lake of fire simple symbolises eternal destruction. |

LilMissFavvy:Well Jesus never said Lazarus was a believer neither did he say anything evil about the rich man, in fact he said And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover, the dogs came and licked his sores. Luke 16:21 Meaning that's what Lazarus desires not his portion but what he CHOSE to eat! ![]() |

MaxInDHouse:What is this? Is this how you people do Bible study? Quote a verse in several translations then say Surely + your thoughts = fact. Where and how does this Lake of fire symbolize destruction or like you were actually taught annihilation? |
| Re: Question Christians Couldn't Answer. Perhaps You Could! by MaxInDHouse(m): 7:52am On May 10, 2022 |
Image123:All the versions agreed that LAKE of FIRE simply means SECOND DEATH. We all know that death is the opposite of Life and according to God's word there is going to be a resurrection after the FIRST DEATH so the SECOND DEATH means no resurrection for all those affected by the SECOND DEATH. If both of us never attended any RELIGION and we read the Bible surely we will need someone to TEACH us what all these things means. Therefore if a teacher says it means life at some place in excruciating pains and another teacher says it means no resurrection surely each of us will have to reason well before accepting any of the two options. So if you've accepted that people (wicked) will continue living in a place after death suffering but i accepted that wicked people will no longer be alive forever, both are TEACHINGS that must be considered through the results in the gathering of those that accepted it! Matthew 7:16-18 I have my teachers you have your teachers! ![]() |

cornelboy:In the realm of the spirit, there is nothing like unliving. Everything has intelligence in the spirit realm. This is why Jesus could speak to the tree and it was dried up overnight. Joshua spoke to the sun and moon and they stood still. Jesus spoke to the storm and it was calm. Hell was revealed to a woman of God, Mary Baxter by the Lord Jesus that it's a woman lying on her back. Not a physical woman. And she has head, chest, heart, legs and arms. She said when Jesus took her to the heart of hell, she could feel the pulse of the breathing of hell. Lost souls enter through the mouth. As they drop inside hell, demons take them to their cells depending on the sin they have committed. Even the scripture confirms hell has mouth; Isaiah 5:14 Therefore hell hath enlarged HERSELF, and OPENED HER MOUTH without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into. So, Isaiah confirms that hell is a living spiritual being large enough to accommodate billions of people. And it keeps expanding. Concerning how a spirit can burn. Yes it can and does burn but unlike the physical body, it is not consumed. This is why the rich man who mistreated Lazarus feels the torment of the burning flame. This is why Jesus said, they will weep and gnash their teeth day and night. My friend, hell is real. The Lake of fire is also real and worse than hell. The devil himself will eventually be thrown into the Lake of fire and be tormented day and night. Revelation 20 :10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. |

However when one tells someone who believes Jesus is an angel to "accept Christ" m not sure how much good that does. This is why m more focused on getting them to believe the truth of who Jesus is instead. That's really all one needs to be saved. A person who doesn't believe in a literal hell will still avoid it by believing the truth about Jesus and receiving his sacrifice regardless Ken4Christ: |

MaxInDHouse:As usual, all you ended up saying was that you have teachers and teaching. Nothing to show concretely that the lake of fire is destruction. Jesus Christ said those that believe Him will never die, do you believe this? |

Mikee19:If you believe in Jesus, you will believe there is hell also because he spoke about it in such a way that it was not ambiguous. And there is a tendency to live a careless life when you believe that hell does not exist. You will also encourage those who hear you to live a careless life thereby luring them to hell. And God will not hold you guiltless. |

Of course, the “Jesus” of yaldaboath is different from Christ. Your “jesus” is among the fallen watchers at the tower. |

Ken4Christ:If you believe in Jesus that he is what??! These are the issues! Again, the exact truth about Jesus is what is necessary for salvation!! Ken4Christ:Me i dunno about you ooo! But believing in hell has NEVER done anything for me! Fear isn't even of God; One's motivation for serving Jesus CANNOT be fear or the Christian walk of the person won't be effective: NKJV Heb 2:14-15: "¹⁴ Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, ¹⁵ and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage." Fear of death is a LIFETIME BONDAGE! One Jesus came to set ppl from! It'll actually hinder spiritual growth. No, what helps is the revelation of the love of Christ, not fear of hell. You can teach about it and let others know about it, but that's about it. Trust God to keep the person who's mind is stayed on him. |

Ken4Christ:See ehn, if you read the book of 1 John, you'll see that what saves is believing that Jesus is the Son of God! The problem is that the very meaning of that phrase is lost to some. It means "angel" to them but really means God Almighty (this is a debate I don't intend to get into today for those reading this- but I will soon enough). What Jesus claimed, from scripture, is that he is the SON OF GOD, the problem is what that phrase means! This is what is lost to some and must be explained for ppl to be saved |
